The entire Greek political thought revolves around the important concept of justice. This is an abstract concept and is difficult to define it in fixed terms, as it is viewed differently by different thinkers. But for Aristotle, justice is of two types, universal justice and particular justice. The former refers to obedience to laws that one should be virtuous. As far as particular justice is concerned, it is again of two types, distributive justice and remedial or corrective justice. Distributive justice implies that the state should divide or distribute goods and wealth among citizens according to the merit. Again remedial justice is divided into two, dealing with voluntary transactions (civil law) and the dealing with involuntary transaction (criminal law). Further, Aristotle added commercial and cumulative justice to the above-mentioned types of justice. The term "just," as used by Aristotle,' has two separate meanings .In its first meaning it is principally us

The Indian mythology has a unique concept of Ardhanareeswara (a half women and half men concept). It represents the futility of sex based variation. Although some Hindu dharmic texts contain injunctions against homosexuality, a number of Hindu mythic stories have portrayed homosexual experience as natural and joyful. Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender Community is a minority in the whole world and thus being one of them is considered a sin. Having the British implemented illogical article 377 still in our penal code shows how conservative and rigid our judiciary is .Marriage is not about gender it’s about love and care the couples can share each other. If the LGBT were the majority then the so called,"being straight” people could have been already suppressed. If someone has a freedom to be straight (which won't affect others) then some also should have a freedom to be an LGBT. Right to Privacy is to be a fundamental right. The irony is that we are much more comfortable

"Third World" is a phrase commonly used to describe a developing nation, but actually started as term used to describe a country's allegiance. A Third World country is a country whose views are not aligned with NATO and capitalism or the Soviet Union and communism. The use of the term "Third World" started during the Cold War and was used to identify which of three categories the countries of the world aligned with. The original definition for a Third World country, which referred to a country's allegiance, was straightforward, but now that definition is archaic. Third World countries were labelled during the Cold War to reference those nations that were not aligned with either the United States or the Soviet Union. DRUG TRAFFICKING IN CENTRAL ASIA, ANALYSIS OF THE SOUTHERN AND NORTHERN ROUTES ANANTHU S S MA INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS , University of Madras Central Asia is one of the primary transit regions of the international drug trade acting as the staging area for opiate exports out of Afghanistan. This region mostly feeds the northern route through Russia and very peripherally the southern route through Iran and the Balkans. While 4 of the five countries here seem to follow a set and well known pattern in the drug trade - one country Turkmenistan seems to buck the trend. The Northern Route Tajikistan is the main hub of the northern drug route which runs from Afghanistan through Russia. The Afghan-Tajik border due to its extremely challenging topography & climate is very difficult to police and therefore easy for traffickers to access.
